A Unique Approach:

Tammi O’Flynn is a former professional ballet dancer and has been teaching Pilates internationally for 18+ years.

Classes are always lighthearted, fun and challenging.

But it wasn't until Tammi's classes that I felt I was really working my body, progressing through to more difficult poses and achieving the shape and skill I wanted.
