Introducing the Reboot & Reset membership:

Sometimes even when we know what we need to do to stay healthy and balanced, life gets busy and it can be hard to fit in our self-care practices.

This is why I created the Reboot & Reset Membership: I wanted to offer one cohesive practice where we come together and practice the best science-backed tools at the beginning of each week.

By starting the week off in this conscious way we set ourselves up for health, well-being and success.

Plus it just feels great to start the week off right!

What to expect:

We meet live, online every Monday evening and I guide you through a series of evidence-based practices to help tone the body, mind and nervous system and get you set up for a great week.

The sessions are live so you can ask questions and get feedback, and the community is small and welcoming.

You will end each session feeling energised, balanced, calm and focused for the week ahead.

If you can’t make the live session, or would like to re-visit it during the week for extra support, you will find a recording in your Membership area.

The Reboot & Reset Introductory Workshop

Discover and experience evidence-based techniques that can help you to embrace a greater sense of well-being and replenish your energy reserves. These are the techniques we use in our weekly Reboot & Reset Membership sessions. The introductory workshop is designed to familiarize you with them.

We’ll explore:

  • Movement: Using movement to help us “up-regulate” or “down-regulate” our nervous system as needed.

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (E.F.T- Tapping)

  • Breathwork

  • EMDR

  • Polyvagal Theory

  • Meditation

  • Visualization

Don’t worry if you’ve never heard of some of these. The introductory workshop is designed specifically to introduce you to them and let you experience their benefits!

They have been shown to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance overall well-being.

What sets this workshop apart is the unique integration of these practices into one cohesive approach. It's about bringing together the best of what science and spirituality have to offer in an accessible and enjoyable way to support you on your path to healing.
